The short version

JR Palm Bay respects your privacy. We only ask for what we need to price your job, turn up at the right address and send you an invoice. We do not sell your details to anyone. This page explains the rest.

What we collect

There are two kinds of information.

Things you tell us. When you call or send a message you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address we are coming to, the type of property and a description of what needs to go. If you send photos of the load, we treat those the same way.
Things collected automatically. Website tools may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type, which pages you looked at, how long you stayed and which site sent you here.

What we do with it

We use your information for five things:

Answering your questions and booking your job
Scheduling the crew, finishing the work and invoicing it
Keeping you posted about an active job, such as arrival times and gate access
Keeping job records, including before and after photos for landlords and property managers
Making this website better

We do not sell your personal information.

Photos of the work

Our crews photograph finished jobs as a record for the customer. When a photo is used publicly, on this site or on a social profile, it shows the load and the work area only. It never shows a house number, a document, a personal item or anything that identifies the household. If you would rather no photo of your job be used publicly, say so when we quote and it will not be.

Cookies and website tools

This website may use cookies and third party tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how people use the site. You can switch cookies off in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Who else sees it

We share information only with the services that help us run the business, such as scheduling software, website analytics and payment processing, and only as much as they need. We may also share information when the law requires it, when a court orders it, or to protect someone from harm.

How long we keep it

We keep job records, quotes and invoices for as long as Florida law and our insurance require. Inquiries that never become jobs are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights in Florida

Under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, Florida residents can ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct it or delete it, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To use these rights, email info@junkremovalpalmbay.us or call (321) 475-2023. We answer within 45 days.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this page

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when we last did.
