JR Palm Bay started in 2015 with one truck and one simple idea. People do not put off clearing a room because of the money. They put it off because the sofa weighs more than they do, and the stairs turn at the top. So we took that part off their hands.
Everything we do runs on that one rule. You point at what is going. We do the rest. Nothing has to reach the driveway first, nothing has to be bagged, and nobody in the house needs to lift a thing.
When you call, you get a person who works here. When the truck arrives, you get the same crew every time. We quote in your driveway so the number you hear is the number you pay, and we tell you honestly when a job is bigger than you thought rather than finding out halfway through.

Every crew is covered by general liability and workers’ compensation. If your building or your association asks for a certificate, we send it before we turn up, not after something goes wrong.

The people who price your job are the people who do it. We do not hire helpers off a corner for the afternoon, and nobody meets your family for the first time on your doorstep.

The price is set before we lift
You hear the number in your driveway. It does not change once the truck starts filling. There is no clock running, so a slow job never quietly turns into a bigger bill.

We come to the item
The attic, the back bedroom, the top of the stairs, the far end of the yard. If something has to come apart to fit through a door, taking it apart is part of our job.

We sort before we dump
Good furniture and working appliances go to local charities. Metal, cardboard and electronics go to recyclers. Only what is truly finished ends up at the transfer station.

We leave the space clean
Floor runners go down first and the area gets swept last. On rental and estate work we send photos the same day so you have them for your file.
How a Job Runs, Start to Finish
Four stages. You pay nothing until you have heard the price and said yes to it.
- Stage 01
You call and we listen
Tell us roughly what needs to go and where it sits. Most bookings made before early afternoon go out that same day. The rest go out the next morning.
- Stage 02
We look and we price
The crew walks the load in person, checks the route out, and gives you the number there. If it does not suit you, they leave and it has cost you nothing.
- Stage 03
We carry and load
Dollies, straps, blankets and floor runners come in first. Wide items come apart on site. You are never asked to pick up one end of anything.
- Stage 04
We sweep and sort
The space is swept before the truck pulls away. After that the load gets split between charity, recycling and disposal rather than tipped in one go.
